As we celebrate SportsCall’s 25th anniversary, we’re taking a look back at the 25 greatest Auburn athletes since 1995!

Coming in at #4 is Ronnie Brown:

  • Ronnie Brown, with Cadillac Williams, formed one of the most dominant 1-2 punches college football has ever seen during Auburn’s 13-0 2004 season. Brown played all four years as a Tiger totaling nearly 3,400 total yards and 30 scores
  • Brown found success playing alongside Williams as coach Tommy Tuberville called them “the best backfield in the past 30 years.” Brown’s most remembered play might be against Tennessee in 2004 when he found the end zone after trucking Jason Allen at the goal line
  • Brown would declare for the 2005 NFL Draft after his Auburn career ended and was selected 2nd overall by the Miami Dolphins before also playing for the San Diego Chargers, Philadelphia Eagles, and Houston Texans. Brown now serves as the sideline reporter for the Auburn Sports Network
