PGA Tour golfer Jon Rahm is SportsCall’s Player of the Week!
Rahm won this past weekend’s U.S. Open at Torrey Pines to capture his first career major championship.
He shot six under par, narrowly beating Louis Oosthuzien by one stroke, and shot an impressive four under par in the final round.
For Rahm, it’s been a roller coaster of a month, as he had to withdraw from the Memorial due to a positive COVID test, but now the golfer is part of a historical moment as the first player from Spain to win the U.S. Open.
