Kings of Leon had a tour scheduled to take place through October, but a tragedy has canceled those plans.
The group, composed of three brothers, Caleb, Jared, and Nathan Followill, announced September 30th that their mother had passed away, and they were going to cancel the remainder of the tour.
“We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from our fans,” the siblings wrote in a note. “If you haven’t heard, our mom Betty Ann passed away peacefully last week. We’ve decided to cancel all remaining tour dates through October to be with our families. Thanks for all of the love.”
