Rapper Travis Scott announced that he will refund all Astroworld festival attendees and has cancelled his scheduled appearance at this weekend’s Day N’ Vegas Festival.
Scott’s Astroworld festival, which took place in Houston, was a scene of tragedy as eight concertgoers died in what was described as a packed crowd.
