Tuesday morning, films including Everything Everywhere All at Once, Avatar: The Way of Water, The Fabelmans, Top Gun: Maverick, and TÁR all received multiple Oscar nominations, including Best Picture.
Also receiving heaps of recognition were Baz Luhrman’s Elvis, Germany’s adaptation of All Quiet on the Western Front, and Ruben Östlund’s social satire Triangle of Sadness, which broke through in key categories.
