Spencer Elden, notable for his appearance as a baby on the cover of Nirvana’s 1991 album Nevermind, has sued the remaining members of the band as well as Kurt Cobain’s estate.
Elden claims that the band violated federal child pornography statues and he also argues in the case of child sexual exploitation.
He is seeking damages, attorney fees, an injunction to prohibit all parties “from continuing to engage in the unlawful acts and practices described herein,” and a trial by jury, according to sources.
