Riot Fest is back, and crowds are flocking to Chicago to see Patti Smith, Morrissey, and others.
The festival is a celebration of rock, punk, and alternative music that began Thursday, September 16th, and will run through Sunday, September 19th.
The festival is requiring either a negative Covid-19 test or proof of vaccination for entry.
