The Panthers moved to 3-0 for just the fifth time in franchise history  Thursday night with a 24-9 victory over the Houston Texans. The mood was soured, however, by a rash of injuries.

Star running back Christian McCaffrey was lost to a strained hamstring, and rookie corner back Jaycee Horn to a broken foot.

There is no current timetable for recovery for either player.
