David Bowie made an album in secret in 2001, which he planned on releasing as a surprise. It was an idea that has become commonplace since, but was revolutionary at the time.
Bowie’s album, entitled ‘Toy,’ was set to release in January of 2001, but never did. Now, 20 years later, in will be officially available on January 7th, 2022.
