BTS and Taylor Swift were among the big winners and record-setters at this year’s American Music Awards in Los Angeles.
BTS won artist of the year, becoming the first group since One Direction won that prestigious honor in 2014 and 2015. The group also won favorite pop duo or group and favorite pop song (“Butter”).
Swift won favorite pop album for a record-setting fourth time, besting the feat previously done by Michael Jackson and Justin Bieber.
