The life of legendary actor Sidney Poitier is being turned into a Broadway way directed by Tony Award winner Ruben Santiago-Hudson.
The play, titled “Sidney,” features the rise of Poitier from an island kid growing up in the Bahamas to becoming one of the world’s biggest stars.
