1980 – ABBA scored their ninth and final UK No. 1 single with “Super Trouper”, the group’s 25th
Top 40 hit in the UK.

1969 – The Beatles reached the top spot on the US singles chart for the 18th time with “Come
Together/Something”. It was only the band’s 26th release in America.

1965 – Colorado Governor John A. Love declared a nationwide Rolling Stones Day as the band
appeared at The Denver Coliseum.
