Quarterbacks Jayden Daniels and Dillon Gabriel are SportsCall’s Co-Players of the Week!
The two seniors carried their teams to victory last week using both their arms and legs to put up big numbers.
In LSU’s shootout against undefeated Missouri, Daniels completed 15 of his 21 passes for 259 yards and three touchdowns, and ran the ball 15 times for 130 yards and another score to lead the Tigers to a 49-39 victory.
In the latest edition of the Red River Rivalry, Gabriel completed 23 of his 38 pass attempts for a 285 yards and a touchdown, and carried the ball 14 times for 113 yards and another score to take down #3 Texas 34-30 and remain undefeated.
