A recent story surfaced online about a woman in Canada who narrowly survived a meteorite when it came down, crashed through her roof and landed right on her pillow.
That near-death experience was almost reminiscent of a time in 1954 when a Sylacauga woman had an object punch a hole through her roof, only except this object actually hit her in the hip.
