Release Date: November 17th, 1980
Number of Songs: 14
Album Notes: This was the first studio album that John Lennon and Yoko Ono released following a five-year hiatus to raise their son, Sean. It would also be the last album Lennon put out before he was killed three weeks later. While early reception was mostly negative for the idealistic portrayal of marriage it showed, Lennon’s death caused sales to skyrocket, and he was posthumously granted the 1980 Grammy Award for Best Album.
