Album Notes: As it was the seventh studio album produced by the group, they felt the formula was beginning to get a bit stale. So, collectively, the group decided to change their process and reinvent their sound for their first album of a new decade. As a result, the group adopted a sort of synth pop sound. The result of the experiment worked, as the album received critical acclaim and made it all the way to No. 2 on the UK Album Chart and No. 7 on the world charts.
