Braves outfielder Michael Harris II is SportsCall’s Player of the Week, brought to you by Eric McDade State Farm!
The 21-year-old Brave continued his Rookie of the Year campaign with an impressive week, batting .364 over six games. Of his eight hits, six went for extra bases, including two homers, one of which tied the game in the top of the 9th against the Marlins on Sunday. The Braves went on to win that contest and sweep the fish in Miami.
Thanks in part to the efforts of Harris, the Braves are on a seven-game win streak headed into a pivotal series against the New York Mets.
