Auburn football is “making a change in leadership” according to a press release sent out Monday morning.
Harsin, in the middle of his second season on the plains, had a promising 6-2 start to his career at Auburn, but his final record fell to 9-12 before new president Chris Roberts decided to make the move.
The announcement comes on the same day that it has been reported Auburn has hired Mississippi State athletic directer John Cohen to the same position.
