1973- Elton John released his seventh studio album, ‘Goodbye Yellow Brick Road’. It would become John’s best-selling studio album, selling over 30 million copies worldwide.

1975- Stevie Wonder appeared in Kingston, Jamaica alongside the three original Wailers – Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, and Bunny Wailer – for a concert benefitting the Jamaican Institute for the Blind. It would be the last time the three Wailers performed together.

2003- Beyonce reached the top of the US singles chart with “Baby Boy”. The track would hold the No. 1 position for nine consecutive weeks.
