when “You Win Again” reached the top spot on the UK singles chart.

1970– The Jackson Five started a five-week run at No. 1 on the US singles chart with “I’ll Be
There”, the group’s fourth No. 1 of 1970.

1962– The Beatles made their television debut in Manchester, England on ‘People and Places’.
The band performed songs “Some Other Guy” and “Love Me Do”.
