As we celebrate SportsCall’s 25th anniversary, we’re taking a look back at the greatest Auburn football wins since 1995!
Coming in at #10 is Auburn’s 2013 win against Texas A&M:
- Gus Malzahn’s first year of his Auburn head coaching career officially was noticed by the rest of college football when his Tigers knocked off the #7 Texas A&M Aggies on the road
- Reigning Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel and Nick Marshall battled it out in an offensive shootout and ultimately resulted in an Auburn upset to move the Tigers to 6-1
- As Johnny Manziel was sacked on fourth down to finish the game, the late great Rod Bramblett said it best: “The Auburn Tigers have served notice to the college football world that they… are…back!”
