2011– Coldplay released their fifth album ‘Mylo Xyloto’ which would go on to reach the No. 1
spot in 34 countries. It was the third album from the group to debut at No. 1 on the US
Billboard 200.

1985– A-Ha reached the top of the US singles chart with “Take On Me”. The band became the
first Norwegian group to score a US No. 1.

1980– AC/DC began a 20-date UK tour at Colston Hall in Bristol, England. It was their first tour
since the death of singer Bon Scott.
