2003 – P Diddy ran in the New York Marathon to raise money for the educational system in New York. He raised around $2,000,000 and finished the marathon in four hours and 18 minutes.

1992 – Bon Jovi released their fifth studio album, ‘Keep the Faith’. The album spent a total of 49 weeks on the US chart and produced three Top 40 singles.

1990 – “Ice Ice Baby” by Vanilla Ice became the first rap record to top the US singles chart.
